Thomas is completing his MSc in Health Data Science at UCL. Coursework spans statistical modelling, machine learning, and programming for large-scale data analysis, a foundation that underpins every solution Wove ships.
AdWeaver started as an internal automation Thomas built for a London marketing agency and evolved into Wove's first standalone SaaS product. Designing it from ML pipeline through onboarding flow to paying users is what taught him that a model is only useful when it's wrapped in software people actually want to use.

Specialises in legacy modernisation: the Access database that crashes once a week, the spreadsheet nobody else can read. Rebuilds them as scalable platforms the whole team can actually use.
Human-centred data architecture
Luke's background in psychology gives him an edge most developers lack. He designs systems thinking about the people who'll use them, not just the data they'll store. His MSc in Data Analytics provides the technical foundation to execute on that vision.
His specialty is legacy system modernisation: taking databases that have become business bottlenecks and rebuilding them as scalable, intuitive platforms. The Inidam project, which transformed a crash-prone Access database into a cloud-based multi-user system, shows this approach in action.
